School Groups

Get the kids out of class for an hour by introducing them to fitness, a great way to improve productivity in classes and integrate team bonding. Our instructors are qualified to work with children and teenagers, have current police checks and are First Aid and CPR certified. We make sure that students embrace each others level of fitness and teach them about wellness and looking after their bodies. These sessions are not designed just for the school’s star athletes, we cater for everyone! At Soul Train we welcome all students with a focus on fun, self achievement and respecting themselves and each other.
